Dispatch Desk

Hand your enquiry to a live counter at the far end of the route.

A first message posted to JOneWorld lands in a real hall with real people, a dated file and a reply. Write to us and we will answer from Hong Kong or the nearest open bay.

Business Hours

When the Counter Is Open

The dispatch desk answers around the clock for agreed service routes. Standard office hours for general enquiries run Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 Hong Kong time. Messages received on weekends or public holidays are logged and answered on the next business morning.

Three Common Questions Before You Write

JOneWorld keeps active service lanes across Asia, Europe and the Americas with partner capacity in Africa and Oceania. Because new regions join on a published runway, the fastest way to confirm a specific market is to post a quick note to service@joneworld.mom and the desk will reply with the current route map for your country.

We do both. A company can open a standing managed service lane, or brief a scaled project such as a cloud migration, a compliance filing system or a fleet tracking rollout, and close the route once the goal is signed off. Every engagement, project or standing, is logged on the same manifest so nothing is ever half documented.

A named member of the JOneWorld operations team reads every first message rather than an automated reply robot. That person confirms the right service lane for your need and hands you to the desk that owns it, so the person who answers your mail is the same one who understands your route.
